The final cut off date for all bookings was on Monday 26th MAY 2025: Old School visit (JSMTC), AGM, The Booking form for Menu choice & Payments has now CLOSED.

PROGRAMME OF EVENTS

FRIDAY 6th JUNE 2025 – VIBRANT SHIRT NIGHT IN AID OF PROSTATE CANCER – this is a charitable event voluntary donations will be collected on the night.

17:30>21:00	Catering – ‘Takeaway Menu’	Bangor University Management Centre   Bar 1884	The University ARE able to provide Freshly Hand Stretched 12.5″ PIZZA from their ‘Takeaway Menu’ (SEE LINK ABOVE), available from 5:30pm to 9:00pm from Bar 1884, on the Friday evening.
Midnight	Bar Closed – Service Finished	Bangor University Management Centre   Bar 1884	Guest can stay in bar until 01:00hrs to drink up.

SATURDAY 07th JUNE 2025 – SCHOOL DAY TIME PROGRAMME

10:00>13:00	IOBA Shop Open	JSMTC Indefatigable Main Building Bar area	Refreshments Free Tea/Coffee 12:00 > During the Saturday visit to the school there is now a no alcohol rule on site.
13:30>15:00	IOBA Annual General Meeting	JSMTC Indefatigable Training Room	IOBA AGM 13:30>15:00
15:30	All off site

NB : Since the option/provision of lunch was deemed too expensive, please feel free to bring your own light picnic.
